Margules Groome’s quality policy requires that all our work must meet or exceed our Clients’ needs and expectations. Internal quality assurance procedures include internal peer-reviewing of all project deliverables prior to Client delivery.
Margules Groome subscribes to Transparency International’s Business Principles for Countering Bribery for SMEs. Specifically, we commit to conducting business fairly, honestly and transparently. We do not make or offer bribes, directly or indirectly to gain business advantage. We also do not accept bribes, whether directly or indirectly to gain business advantage. We have procedures in place to ensure that all staff is aware of this policy.
Margules Groome recognises that the long-term success of our business, viability of our communities and biological systems on which we depend are threatened by a range of environmental issues. These include climate change, water scarcity, depletion of natural resources and associated biodiversity loss.
We recognise that our environmental responsibility encompasses: understanding and managing the impacts of our operations; actively contributing to the communities in which we operate; and assisting our clients to understand and respond to a range of environmental risks and opportunities impacting their organisations.
